Gary Dourdan the victim of domestic abuse?

(HMG) -  Former CSI actor Gary Dourdan, found himself under criminal investigation yesterday, but it was his much smaller girlfriend, who was cuffed and taken into custody. His girlfriend, Maria Asis del Alamo  is 5’8″, 110 lbs., while Gary is a strapping 6’2″ and 190lbs.  But it was Maria who was arrested for domestic violence Tuesday afternoon, after police were called to a Venice, CA home in the early afternoon. TMZ reports when they arrived they found Dourdan all scratched up. They arrested Maria and she was taken to the station and booked on misdemeanor domestic battery.
