Cool Skit: Jimmy Kimmel Kicked Out of Handsome Men’s Club (VIDEO)
Posted on March 9th, 2010 by Hot Momma(HMG) Jimmy Kimmel has created some new comedy magic that could top his “f’ing Ben Affleck” response to then-girlfriend Sarah Silverman’s viral video. The funny skit called The Handsome Men’s Club was first aired on Kimmel’s show on the night of the Oscars and featured a star studded cast of cameos by such attractive men as Matthew McConaughey, Lenny Kravitz, Ethan Hawke, Sting, Patrick Dempsey, Rob Lowe, John Kraskinski, Josh Hartnett, Taye Diggs, Gilles Marini, Tony Romo, Ted Danson, Keith Urban, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. The premise of the skit is that Kimmel is head of the Handsome Men’s Club, a good gag in itself. The members are set to vote on possible new candidates to the club including Robert Pattinson and Taylor Launtner but their admission is halted by Kimmel who he judges “cute but not handsome”.
McConaughey then initiates an overthrow of Kimmel who is berated for being overweight and Rob Lowe points out that Kimmel was wearing Spandex. Kimmel countered that he looked just like Taye Diggs, to which Taye and the members objected.
Of course, Mr. Kimmel’s famous foils Matt Damon and Ben Affleck turn up as well and there is a great ending with a guest appearance from Jennifer Garner. It’s almost 10 minutes long, but it’s work a look and do catch the last minute to see how it turns out!
