Ben Roethlisberger[HMG] – In a follow-up to our earlier report on Pittsburgh Steelers’ QB, Ben Roethlisberger’s alleged sexual case, it seems the events last Friday night could make quite a list;

Information obtained from Milledgeville, Georgia where the incident supposedly happened, show that Ben’s boozy three-hour tour of the town saw him in no less than five different bars.

He was also, according to a local bartender, “Being molested by girls everywhere he went.”

But Roethlisberger’s behavior at the Capital City nightclub allegedly became more aggressive. Amber Hanley, a 21-year-old college student, said she and a few friends were also in the VIP area with Roethlisberger. She said she asked the quarterback to take a photo with her friend, whose boyfriend was a fan, but he seemed disappointed that’s all she wanted. Hanley said she rolled her eyes, and Roethlisberger called her an expletive and walked away. Later, Roethlisberger was aggressively hitting on another girl, Hanley said.

Later at the Capital City nightclub – Ben and three friends were seen mingling with group of girls that included the alleged victim. Deputy Police Chief Richard Malone says the woman and her entire party then complained to police after the alleged assault had occurred.

The 20-year old college student who is now Ben’s accuser was said by TMZ via a police source to be “extremely emotional and looked like she’d been crying for hours,” according to a source at the police station.

Georgia police interviewed Ben late on Friday, but he left town with no word of charges. Since then he has wisely hired an attorney — Edward Garland. The same Atlanta-based lawyer who defended Baltimore Ravens’ star, Ray Lewis when he faced murder charges back in 2000.

And this is not Ben’s first brush with the law; He was also sued in July of last year by a woman who claims she was raped by the star at a Lake Tahoe casino. It took her a full year to complain, and she now wants $390,000 to undo the damage.

Over the weekend the Milledgeville Police department have been conducting inquiries into this latest claim, and are due to release more details sometime today. What happens from there we must just wait and see…
