Police hunting for Naomi Campbell after alleged assault on limo driver

(HMG) – Supermodel Naomi Campbell known to have a short fuse, is under investigation again, after the 39-year-old model allegedly became enraged with her limo driver and started to hit him from the back seat on Tuesday afternoon.

The official says the driver stopped the car in midtown Manhattan and called 911. He says Campbell jumped out of the car and ran away, and police, are canvassing the area, around E. 58th St. and Second Ave.

Naomi has a track record for anger management issues; she plead guilty to reckless assault against her maid in 2007, and assaulting a police officer following her arrest at London’s Heathrow Airport in 2008.

Update: A police source said: “The driver had a small bruise and swelling under his right eye… caused by her. She hit him in the back of the head and as a result his head hit the wheel. We want to talk to her.”

There are unconfirmed reports the driver decided not to press charges, although he really should have.
