Two and a Half Men star, Jon Cryer marked for a hit?

[HMG] – We’ve mentioned before how Two and a Half Men star, Jon Cryer had been the target of a hit, and now evidence is emerging that points at its source.

Court documents related to the custody battle between Jon and ex-wife, Sarah Trigger show that on December 21 Sarah told her lawyer, Vicki Greene, that an ex-boyfriend was going to kill Jon, then kill Trigger’s estranged husband, David Dickey.

Unnerved by this, Greene called both men’s lawyers, who then called the police. And in a sworn statement the ex-boyfriend, Eddie Sanchez presented a rather different view;

“Mr. Sanchez not only flatly denied making such a statement, but said it was Trigger who contacted him on numerous occasions, stating that she wanted to see the pair dead,” says the report. “Even asking Mr. Sanchez if he would kill them.”

On January 15, now aware of the threat, Jon and co-star Charlie Sheen taped a show with no audience to avoid any risk of attack…or finding one funny line. The FBI also did their own investigation, but have so far released no results.

With the whole scandal over, Sarah’s attorney is now trying to fan-down the blame;

“Sarah has not threatened anyone, especially Jon,” she now tells TMZ. “And those statements are refuted, and she has evidence to show Mr. Sanchez has already recanted them to her.”

So despite the fact the whole panic started because she called the lawyers before any statements were made, and said there’s a threat, there was never a threat??
