Kevin James joins Vince Vaughn in new Ron Howard flick

[HMG] – In a pairing that foretells either true inspiration or a train-wreck with popcorn, director Ron Howard is teaming King of Queens’ star, Kevin James with Vince Vaughn for his next big-screen laugher.

Still lacking a title [though some reports claim it may be called 'Your Cheating Heart,'] Deadline says the movie will see this new Stan and Ollie as friends who go into business together. But Vince then gets tormented when he spies Kevin’s wife [still un-cast] getting too friendly with a guy behind Kevin’s back – Should he keep silent or tell?

The plot for the movie was devised by Ron’s producing partner, Brian Grazer, and will be scripted by Allan Loeb, who co-wrote Kevin Spacey’s card-counting drama, 21, back in 2008, and also Shia LeBeouf’s ‘Wall Street II,’ which opens on April 23. So the bloodline on this film is superb.

There’s no firm title, no wife and no release date as yet, but one thing we do know is that Ron’s production house, ‘Imagine’ is eying mid-Spring in Chicago to start shooting this thing.
