Mischa Barton one toke over the line?

(HMG) – Former OC star Mischa Barton still is rumored to be a party girl despite being arrested for DUI in 2007, and being hospitalized on a psychiatric hold last year.  Mischa is once again in the negative spotlight after being spotted and video taped driving a classic blue convertible Cadillac she just bought around the streets of Los Angeles with an unidentified man, smoking something that may or may not be a cigarette. The fact that she ran the car over a red curb and then had to back out into the middle of the street, makes one further wonder was she high or really that bad a driver?  In some ways who cares, except  that her perceived instability has pretty much put her career in the dumper.
