(HMG) – Jon Gosselin and TLC have settled their  lawsuits against each other though neither side will reveal the terms under a non disclosure agreement.  TLC sued Gosselin claiming Jon violated his contract by appearing on rival shows for pay. Gosselin countersued TLC, claiming TLC violated Pennsylvania’s child labor laws in filming “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ about the Pennsylvania family with eight children.  Jon also claimed TLC forced him to sign a  “one-sided contract” that kept him from capitalizing on his fame, and said the network still owed him at least $175,000 from the show.  The case was scheduled to go to a jury trial in April, but last week Gosselin’s legal team signaled that they were willing to make a deal and had softened their stance reportedly because Jon feared the legal fees would wipe him out.

“All terms of the settlement are confidential,” said TLC in a statement. “The whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC. ”

Mark Jay Heller, Gosselin’s attorney, said all litigation has ended and he hopes “this new adventure for TLC and the Gosselins is a much more joyful journey.”

So does that mean they might go back to filming the show?  We think so!  With the new show perhaps dropping part of the name and becoming Jon & Kate Plus 8.
