Details on Jennifer Aniston’s birthday getaway with Gerard Butler

[HMG] – Jennifer Aniston has a new movie debuting on March 19, and it co-stars Gerard Butler. Keep that in mind and the following story can then be seen for what it so clearly is.

As we told you on Sunday, Jennifer celebrated her 41st birthday in Cabo San Lucas last weekend and — surprise, surprise — Gerard was on hand to blow out the candles, and help stir the press.

The former ‘Friends’ actress rented a 4-bedroom villa for a mere $9,000-a- night at the Palmilla resort in Cabo, while Gerard was in a one-bedroom ‘Casita’ [it means 'cottage,' or in this case a kennel] nearby.

“Jen invited 50 of her close friends to celebrate her birthday, and Gerard was one,” a source tells the Post. “She was staying at a villa that has a 12-strong staff and Gerard had his own one-bedroom villa, but he joined Jen for the celebrations. They looked very friendly, but not overly flirty in public.”

But with the movie’s debut so close, the details do not end with that — Chapter two begins thus:

“On Saturday, the staff lit 65 candles for her on the terrace, before a Mariachi band sang ‘Happy Birthday’ in Spanish and she was presented with a dark-chocolate cake decorated with her star sign, Aquarius.”

Also there for this press-friendly performance were Sheryl Crow, Courteney Cox and actor Jason Bateman.

And just to be sure your brain turns to jello so you’ll go see the film, the source also outlined Jen’s other role as a benevolent saint – Instead of gifts, she asked all her guests to donate to ‘Friends of El Faro,’ a charity which helps children at the ‘Casa Hogar Sion orphanage in Tijuana.

The Bounty Hunter bows March 19. And if Gerard is still even a dot on her radar after that date, I’ll be amazed…
