Jamie Lynn Spears breakup with baby daddy and new boyfriend confirmed

(HMG) – It’s always nice to get some additional confirmation. Last week as we reported here, two magazines had almost simultaneously come out with stories regarding Jamie Lynn Spears with UsWeekly, saying she had split from her baby daddy Casey Aldridge, 20,  while Star Magazine, saying the  18-year-old former Nickelodeon star had found herself a new older man.  The new boyfriend is 28-year-old well-to-do local businessman named James Watson, who’s based in Hammond, La., about 35 miles south of the Spears family estate in Kentwood. Both stories are true according to People Magazine, which adds that Jamie Lynn moved out of the Liberty, Miss., house she shared with Aldridge and their 19-month-old daughter, Maddie, about six weeks ago and is now living with her mother, Lynne.  Meanwhile Aldridge has left town, doing long-term construction work in another state, according to a source who spoke to him about the break-up.  As for why did Casey and Jamie Lynn breakup, a People source says, “She did a lot of growing up but he didn’t.”
