Jon Gosselin bids to get TLC lawsuit removed

[HMG] – The lawsuit with TLC is still blighting his life, but Jon Gosselin has a new escape plan..Or so he thinks.

The 32-year old rapidly fading reality star has told TLC they can now film his children again – if they abandon the breach-of-contract lawsuit that makes him unable to earn.

TLC’s lawyers, a very reputable [read 'expensive'] firm called ‘Williams & Connolly’ have obtained an injunction that forbids Jon from engaging in behavior that breaks his contract’s ‘Non-compete’ clause. He therefore cannot work for or be paid by anyone else, and prepping for the trial is quickly draining his funds.

Now he’s hoping to change this by letting TLC film his children again. But his prospects are bleak;

“If the kids come back to TLC it will be only with Kate, not with Jon,” says a source with insider knowledge. “And there’s no guarantee that will happen either.”

TLC already has a project with Kate in the works. Nothing’s signed yet, but one plan is to produce ‘Kate plus 8′ as a series of specials, rather than a regular show.

They have nothing with Jon…And he’s hurting.

The injunction means he can’t make a dime from his fame, his TLC paychecks have stopped, and the trial doesn’t even start until at least early Spring. But Mark Heller, Jon’s attorney, tried to put some upbeat spin on this nightmare;

“You haven’t seen the last of Jon Gosselin.” he said.

With his clear love of fame there’s no doubt that’s true. But sources say you most certainly have if you just watch TLC;

“That bridge is burned,” one insider assured Radar.
