Chelsea Handler unplugs Comcast companion

[HMG] – Rumors surfaced last Summer that Chelsea Handler and Ted Harbart, the President and CEO of Comcast, who owns the channel she’s on, had broken up.

Well, like all good ratings tricks here comes the sequel:

Apparently credible reports say Chelsea, 34, has moved out of the home she shared with her 55-year old patron, but no reason was given as to why they might have finally split;

“The couple are no longer living together,” an E! rep tells Us. “Ted has the highest regard for Chelsea, both personally and professionally.”

In 2006, Chelsea’s sketch show was dropped for low ratings. Then she met Ted. A few weeks later her new late-night chat show ‘Chelsea Lately’ was launched…Coincidence?

The pair both denied the break-up rumors that surfaced last Summer, but E! posted a brief statement on their site that proves this time it’s not fake, and that Handler was the one who initiated the split.

And I can believe that – She’s got the job, a big paycheck, the fame and the contract…who needs the guy??
