American Pie Actress Tara Reid is engaged

(HMG) – Congratulations to Tara Reid, who got engaged Monday to boyfriend Michael Axtmann after he popped the question at a Los Angeles restaurant.

The couple were dining at the Little Door when Michael who is an internet entrepreneur surprised Tara with a “beautiful round brilliant cut ring” her rep tells People. “Tara was so happy, and the other patrons clapped and yelled out, ‘Congratulations.’”

Reid, who’s currently baring her retooled body in the January-February cover of Playboy, began dating Axtmann, last year.  The two love birds are planning a small wedding in the coming months

It wll be the first trip down the aisle for Tara, 34, who was engaged to Carson Daly nearly 10 years ago.
