Jeff Conaway[HMG] – Best known for his role as ‘Kenickie’ alongside John Travolta in the iconic musical, Grease, Jeff Conaway  has been rushed to an undisclosed LA hospital today after a fall at his home that may have caused life-changing injuries.

The 59-year-old actor’s girlfriend, Vikki Lizzi [seen here,] says Jeff fell down a staircase last night and suffered a broken hip, a broken arm, a fractured neck and a brain hemorrhage.

He was rushed to the hospital and underwent immediate surgery.

Conaway shot to fame with his hip-swinging turn in the 1978 movie, and also enjoyed a well-reviewed three-year run on ABC’s multi-Emmy winning TV show, ‘Taxi.’ which began the same year.

But during the 80′s Jeff faced problems with drugs, and work offers vanished. He returned to the spotlight in 2008 on VH1′s ‘Celebrity Fit Club,’ and later that year as a patient on Dr. Drew’s ‘Celebrity Rehab,’ where he admitted addictions to cocaine, painkillers and alcohol.

But the addictions may have proven too strong  as since then he’s hardly been seen.

TMZ says Jeff is now in the ER and will undergo further surgeries as soon as he’s stable. We’ll keep you informed.
