Did Domestic Violence Force Court to Take Frances Away From Courtney Love?

(HMG) – Court documents obtained by TMZ, strongly hint that Courtney Love may have lost custody of her 17-year-old daughter Frances Bean Cobain due to domestic violence abuse.

Love, 45, was stripped of legal guardianship of Frances on December 11, and a judge later issued a temporary restraining order prohibiting Love from having contact with her only child with late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain.

No reason was given at the time for the issuance of the order, which prohibits Love from “certain behavior and from coming within a certain distance of Frances and her guardians.”

But court documents released Wednesday speak generally of “personal problems in the family” and more specifically of “domestic violence.”

The documents ask that all articles “relating to a minor and allegations of domestic violence” be sealed in addition to Frances’ medical records.

Since the case was made public, Love, has posted a number of bizarre and rambling messages on her Facebook page, which is nothing new for her of course.  So I doubt Courtney’s gonna let this new rumor go without another tirade soon.
