Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins are no longer partners

(HMG) – Great sadness to hear this.  After more than two decades together a lifetime in Hollywood relationships, Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins have called it quits.  Truthfully I didn’t see this one coming, but now looking back, the last photos including the one on the right,  I see of them together was in July.
A rep for Sarandon says despite the pre-Christmas announcement, the duo who lasted 23 years together, have been separated since summer.

The two met on the set of the 1988 baseball comedy classic Bull Durham and lived as partners for 23 years but never married.  They also teamed for the death-penalty drama Dead Man Walking, the thriller Cradle Will Rock and the political satire Bob Roberts. Sarandon, 63, and Robbins, 51, both known for their political activism, have two sons: Jack Henry, 20, and Miles Guthrie, 17. Sarandon also has a daughter Eva Amurri, 24, from a previous relationship with Italian director Franco Amurri.
