Jon and Kate Gosselin almost done on divorce

[HMG] – Recent reports have suggested that America’s favorite multiple mommy, Kate Gosselin would be getting a divorce as her present from Santa. But now it’s looking more like New Year before she is finally free;

Next week it will be exactly six-months since Jon and Kate filed their divorce petition in a Pennsylvania court, seeking to finally end a ten-year connection that’s been as well-stocked with trouble as it has been with money. Some reports have suggested the pair’s legal Arbitrator had already made a decision and they’d be free before New Year, but those in the know disagree;

“That might be a little premature,” says Jon’s Attorney, Mark Heller. “It’s still a work in progress. We’re waiting for a final decision.”

Less intelligent blogs have also run stories that, since the courts ordered him to quit making personal appearances, Jon is now ‘broke’ and can’t pay his bills. This also is false, so claims Mr. Heller;

“I don’t know anything about him not meeting his obligations,” Mark tells E-Online. “Jon has met all appropriate legal obligations. This past year he was in more magazines than any other reality celebrity. He is in tremendous demand by the public and I think he has a very bright future.”

So what’s our hero working on now, for when he’s finally flying solo again, you may ask?

“Jon is focusing on the children for the holidays,” says Mark. “He’s buying the presents and looking forward to a great celebration. His focus is primarily on his family.”

Well, that should make a nice change…

The arbitrator’s decision has allegedly been forwarded to the judge presiding over the case and a source says that mama Gosselin is making out well in the deal.
