Sara Jessica Parker regrets losing signature zit
[HMG] – Since Sarah Jessica Parker first flounced onto our screens as Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City back in 1998, she and Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte have become like family friends. And like most family, when stuff changes, you know.
So here’s the big question – Where’s Carrie’s mole?
The Huff Post reports the endearing blemish was there through all Carrie’s pitfalls with Mr. Big for six years of the show, but disappeared after the first ‘Sex’ movie in 2008. Last night, the 44-year old actress was chatting with Letterman and the subject of moles soon came to light;
“I didn’t have strong feelings,” Sarah told Dave. “I just didn’t care for it. And I had about six free days when I could be bloody and no one would care. I didn’t think about it, and then apparently it turned into ‘Mole-gate.”
It seems SJP had it removed by her brother-in-law — who’s a cosmetic surgeon. But fans soon started to notice. One woman approached her on a beach, upset that she got rid of her ‘signature,’ and Sarah was utterly fazed;
“My mole was my signature?!” she asked Dave in confusion. “Isn’t my brain my signature? For about 15-minutes I couldn’t hear anything…I thought I’d make a terrible mistake. Can they put it back on?”
Do you guys think they should? There’s still time — ‘Sex and the City II’Â opens on May 28, and co-stars Miley Cyrus and Liza Minnelli.
