Ashley Dupre re-invents herself as ‘Dear Scabby’?

[HMG] – It’s a curious testament to the state of society that Ashley Dupre, a woman whose gifts as an escort have devalued more marriages than most people could count, could now get a job giving marriage advice.

But thanks to Mr. Murdoch, that’s just what she’s done;

The former Manhattan call girl whose curious skills sank former New York Governor, Eliot Spitzer’s career back in 2008 now has a weekly advice column for Mr. Murdoch’s New York Post.

Adorned in prop glasses and a loosely-closed blouse the 24-year old escort offers a blend of flash-card psychology and cookie-cutter advice on everything from sex and relationships, to the best Christmas gifts.

In her first outing Ashley tackles such insoluble puzzles as, “How do I know if my daughter may be getting into trouble?” to one that’s so close to her own life, it must be a plant; “Are there signs a man isn’t happy in his marriage?”

To this query, Ashley responds that husbands can feel less important when there are children around, and that some seek validation outside of their marriage.

She refrains from adding, however, “…from people like me.”

Another misguided loser inquires, ‘My boyfriend wants to know how many men I’ve slept with. Do I give an honest answer?

Can you imagine if Ashley’s boyfriend — yes, she has one – asked that?

It’s not immediately clear if the suits at Mount Murdoch can sustain such lofty intellectual standards for their new employee, but reviews for both her work and her photos are not looking good.
