ABC under fire for Chris Brown interview

ChrisBrown[HMG] – Following his well-publicized smooch at the ‘American Music Awards,’ Adam Lambert stirred up a storm of free press, and the latest volunteers to add fuel to the fire are ABC, who banned Adam from Good Morning America but have now booked Chris Brown for the very same show.

“The network is giving a mixed message,” says a disgruntled fan. “That it doesn’t trust someone who shared a gay kiss, but it’s happy to welcome Chris Brown, who was convicted of felony assault,”

But a well-placed ABC insider was quick to try and fan down the flames; “Chris Brown’s interview was booked way before Adam even took to the stage,” they told DNA.

But despite such distressed protestations feminists and gay-rights activists have denounced ABC’s two-faced decision, asking why a convicted abuser is welcomed on network TV, while an innocent gay man is banned.

“Adam was not canceled over a gay kiss,” an ABC source has explained. “He showed himself to be unpredictable on live TV.”

So why is Chris still okay? “That segment is to give him a chance to respond to Rihanna’s interview.” said the source. “The possibility of him performing a song will be worked out next week.”

ABC’s Robin Roberts will be seen in the pre-taped interview with Chris that will air next week. After the chat he’s expected to perform at least one song from his new album, “Graffiti,” which is due to hit stores on December 8th.

So what’s your view, guys? Would you ban Adam or Chris?…
