Tila Tequila in sordid sex-video stunt

[HMG] Following a failed attempt in September to restart her career by playing up the alleged assault and battery by Shawne Merriman, and last week’s live, naked rant which she broadcast on Ustream, Tila Tequila is now trying to claim she’s a victim of theft.

A sex tape showing the failed reality actress in some popular adult pastimes with a hot, naked man has just surfaced online, but Tila is desperately claiming [to anyone who will pay her] that the X-rated video was stolen and broadcast by persons unknown.

The 28-year old faded star tells TMZ she has ‘no idea’ how the new tape got leaked, but that it was stored on a laptop she reported as stolen almost two years ago. She is also threatening to sue the offending web site – presumably for having the poor taste to even broadcast the clip.

Tila’s lawyer, meanwhile is keeping his paycheck secure by confirming her claims, “A police report has been filed for Tila’s stolen laptop, which contained that clip.” Attorney, Cyrus Nownejad told the hacks. “I am currently sending a cease-and-desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if it’s not removed.”

All this should keep the 4’11′ Texan quite busy. Apart from this unproven complaint she’s also filed a $1.5-million lawsuit against ex-boyfriend Shawn Merriman for their freakshow in September, while on October 5th she claimed via Twitter she was killing herself;

“I don’t want to live in a world filled with ignorance, which most of you ARE!” she told her own fans. “One last breath before I go…Don’t mourn me world, I will die slow.”

She later assured the press – whose attention was clearly the aim of this brain-optional stunt – that she was receiving help for her mental health problems.

Something tells me we have not heard the last of this case…
