Michael Lohan’s taped recording another nail in coffin for Jon Gosselin

I try to keep the Jon Gosselin posts to a minimum, but I kind of find some delicious irony in a new twist to his current predicament with TLC. During Jon’s early out of his mind days after splitting up with Kate he sought out advice from none other then fame whore Michael Lohan. Lohan tried to broker some deals for Jon, but got upset and cut ties when Gosselin tried to cut him out of deals he allegedly arranged. The one thing anyone dealing with Michael Lohan should know by now, is that he’s likely recording any conversation you have with him, and as we’ve seen with his daughter Lindsay, he is more then willing to share them to his advantage.

Yesterday RadarOnline posted an audio tape that discussing multiple money deals between Lohan and Gosselin’s manager Mike Heller, deals that breached the reality TV dad’s exclusive contract with TLC. One snipet features a deal Heller was closing with E! for a substantial amount of money.

“I just closed… I’m about to… baby — I’m about to close a deal for $75,000 at E!,” Heller tells Lohan on the recording. “And at 75,000, if I take a percentage of that and give you 20% of that, I’m gonna be writing you a check, baby, this week — for a couple thousand dollars on just that alone.”

E! reportedly ended up canceling the interview out of concern that Gosselin would be breaching his TLC contract. There is also another discussion about a big money interview with In Touch for which Heller got $5,000, and Lohan’s take again would be 20%

Apparently all those deals have fallen through so one would speculate a vengeful Lohan, who is reportedly one of the witnesses subpoenaed to potentially testify in TLC’s breach of contract case against Jon for breaching his contract, is going to be happy to testify against his former friend and lost meal ticket.
