Levi Johnston PlayGirl photos are out, but his mom is heading for jail

Sarah Palin’s almost-son-in-law and close buddy, Levi Johnston is now front and center sans his Johnson, as his photos have made their way onto PlayGirl’s website. Access to PlayGirl also know as play-gay, is by subscription only and most the photos (I am told) are in black and white, so that mean this is artistic expression and not porn, don’t you know.  He received more than $100,000 for the pics, which show plenty of skin, with some bare ass shower viewing, but no peen. Michael K. at Dlisted has got a few more NSFW photos posted. Meanwhile in other Johnston family news, Levi’s mom took a plea deal and has been sentenced to three years in prison for dealing in prescription painkillers. Levi was in court in Alaska with his mom, Sherry Johnston, 43, who was busted in Dec 2008 with dealing pills of OxyContin prescribed to her by her doctor. According to court documents, she sold some of the painkiller to police informants in deals arranged by cell and text messages and conducted in store parking lots.
