Stephanie Pratt Goes to Rehab

Stephanie Pratt pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor DUI in court on Friday. If convicted, Stephanie faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.  The star of MTV’s The Hills and brother of evil Spencer, was arrested in October after celebrating Holly Montag’s birthday at Empire in Hollywood. She claimed at the time she was sober at the traffic stop, and would have passed her sobriety test if it weren’t for her 3-inch heeled boots.  In an interview with E! News, on Wednesday, Pratt admitted she had two glasses of champagne the night that she was pulled over, and she was too embarrassed to call anyone to help her out.  Pratt was actually a no-show and her lawyer handled the plea.

Pratt, 23, according to People Magazine will preemptively enroll in a 30-day residential rehab facility.   Stephanie who revealed her battle with bulima earlier this year, has faced some adversity. She was arrested for shoplifting from a Neiman Marcus in Honolulu in 2006, where she was working as a production assistant on the set of Lost.  Still she’s a breath of fresh air compared to her brother as far as I am concerned.
