Michael Buble’s Girlfriend First Thought He Liked Dudes

There are some bits of fact that make you like a couple, and for some reason this story made me like Michael Buble and his Latin soap star girlfriend, Lusiana Lupilato.

For some reason they both irritated me before, but when I heard that Lusiana thought that Michael was gay when they first met it just sweetened the relationship a little bit. Mostly because I had assumed he was gay as well. Not that their anything wrong with that.

Apparently. Michael thought she was so beautiful that he was too afraid to speak to her. Since she spoke no English, and he spoke no Spanish, he instead conversed with her male friend, who he assumed was her boyfriend.

He kept saying that the guy was good-looking, all while Lusiana chatted with her mom on the phone about Buble liking guys.

After he found out that they weren’t together, which was a few minutes after they left, he was mortified. He started asking around, and finally managed to send her a message asking to get together.

The two have been together ever since.

But the Canadian singer has said that her fans seem to be less than thrilled about him.

“In South America she is a massive star and I get the feeling some people – perhaps her fans – don’t like me. And the media there have said terrible things about me. It’s a shame. I love the place and the people, and she’s a great person.

“She bright as well as beautiful and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. I’m not going to tell you whether I am in love, though – you have to keep some things back for yourself.”
