Jon and Kate Gosselin in new legal spat

As it wouldn’t be Friday without at least a brief trip through the three-ring media circus that is Jon and Kate Gosselin, here for your pleasure is today’s comic dose.

According to Radar, Jon’s short-term former girlfriend, Stephanie Santoro, now claims that during their frequent hormonal engagements Jon had bragged about having gained access to Kate’s email and online bank accounts and would use the information against her when their breakup reached court.

When Kate heard the news she promptly went into meltdown…again. Her lawyers have since released this terse statement,

“Kate Gosselin has heard the allegations made by Stephanie Santoro that Jon Gosselin “hacked” into her e-mails, phone, and online accounts, and she is profoundly disturbed by them.  Under the circumstances, Ms. Gosselin is carefully considering all her legal options regarding this matter, and will pursue them if and when the time is right.”

Which may mean that Jon could soon face new legal action. The key word, of course, being ‘could.’
