Larry Birkhead Gets Off Of Reality Show, But Not Out Of Court

Larry Birkhead, the ex of Anna Nicole Smith, and baby daddy to Dannielynn, has had a busy couple of weeks in the media spotlight.

First, he was asked to star in Bravo’s Millionaire Matchmaker, a show that uses the skills of professional matchmaker, Patti Stanger, to hook up famous millionair bachelors with the perfect mate. It was an offer that Birkhead could apparently refuse, and did.

Then, we all found out that he will be asked to testify to the allegations that Howard K. Stern, another ex of Anna Nicole Smith’s, assisted in the supply of the late Playboy bunny’s death.

While this would have been a simple enough matter when Anna died (after all, Birkhead was shouting to anyone that would listen that Stern was a sex-crazed, drug pushing, psychopathic maniac), it presents a problem or two now.

Mainly, the problem is that the two don’t appear to hate each other anymore. Not only have they been civil, but they have handled all custody problems involving little Dannielynn. They have even been working together to make sure Anna’s estate, and all things involving her in the media, are handled correctly.

But now, Birkhead will have to get on the stand and repeat the allegations he now seems to wish he had never made. In the meantime, TMZ has pointed out that he said many of those things in exclusive interviews with them. That means, he no longer necessarily owns those allegations, which is a strange concept to put your mind around.

Oh, whatever shall he do? A dilemma for him, but entertaining for us. We will keep you updated.
