Dr. Phil accused of more sexual harassment

As we reported in August, famed TV shrink, Dr. Phil is being sued by a woman who claims sexual harassment.

Well, it’s happened again…

In her lawsuit, filed yesterday in LA  County’s Superior Court, the plaintiff, Shirley Dieu claims the good Doctor not only held her captive in his production office, but that things got quite kinky, so says the Enquirer.

Dieu says she made appointments with the CBS psychological guru in 2007 for some therapy, but claims Phil not only tried to ‘brainwash’ her, but that he then  “locked the plaintiff in the same room with a naked, live man while he exposed his entire body, genitals and all.”

Dieu claims she tried to get out but was blocked by Phil’s staff to prevent her escaping. Her suit also alleges Dr. Phil, “touched her left breast during a therapy session.”

The payoff this new claimant is seeking for mental trauma so scarring, it’s taken two solid years to even start to complain is as yet unknown. The case is now pending and we’ll keep you advised…
