Britney Spears’ ex-husband, Kevin Federline is in trouble — again.

This time, the owners of K-Fed’s recent crib in Tarzana, CA say the so-called rapper and reality star trashed the whole house — and they now want $110,661 to clean up his mess, which they claim includes…

• Gutters full of cigarette butts and beer bottles
• Permanent spit marks on outside walls
• Several light covers broken
• Broken tiles
• A yard full of dead plants he never bothered to water
• Drawings all over the walls
• Broken dishwasher – with broken baskets
• A permanent oil-slick stain on the driveway
• Bathroom windows stained black – without getting permission

According to the deed-holders, Kev rented the place until May, then allegedly skipped town owing six months back-rent. And they pull no punches in claiming he turned a respectable home into a spit-encrusted, cigarette-riddled dump.

TMZ says the unhappy chappies have now sent Kev a letter demanding the cash, and threaten to haul him to court if he doesn’t cough up.

So far, no reply…but we’ll keep you advised.
