Kathy Griffin dishes on Jack Black in new book

While busy surveying her seemingly inescapable home on the D-List,  comedienne Kathy Griffin has also found time to create a new book.

Her latest misuse of trees, entitled “Official Book Club Selection,” [the only way it could get such a label] shares details of just how she grew to be so disjointed; From her early years in darkest Illinois as part of a dysfunctional family, to doom-laden dates as a stand-up apprentice in LA’s comedy clubs, through the countless plastic surgery nightmares, and not forgetting atruly spiteful divorce.

But among numerous less than charming stories she shares, there is one that just makes you go ‘Eewwww!’…

It seems that one day, the 50-year old former co-star of ‘Suddenly Susan’ chose to spend the night with Jack Black. The next morning she quite understandably had a strong urge to bathe, “When I got out of the shower, I couldn’t find anything to dry myself with.” she recalls in the tale. “‘Jack, where are the towels?’ I called out. He said, “I just have one I use for a bathmat and a towel. So it’s the one on the floor.”

Needless to say, this was a date that stood no chance of a re-run. The lady loofered and left, and Jack has not been seen since…
