Carrie Prejean in talks to revive her career

In heartening proof that her 15-minutes is officially toast, ex-Miss California, Carrie Prejean is said to be in talks to become a Celebrity Apprentice.

Fronted by Donald Trump — the same man who gave pageant heads the okay to dethrone her — staff at the NBC show are apparently inviting Ms. Prejean to join season three. “Carrie really wants to do it,” an insider told Fox. “But Donald keeps going back and forth on the idea – he really doesn’t care either way.”

One of Donald’s own reps told reporters the 66-year old magnate is still busy with casting, and no decisions have been made on any one star. Meanwhile, a rep for Ms. Prejean, 22, said his client was ‘unaware’ of any talks. Emails requesting her comments were also ignored.

And just in case the prospect of two bad hair-days in the same room does not fill you with dread, Miss Carrie’s also been chatting to the folks at ‘Dancing with the Stars’…but those talks have faltered for some undi$clo$ed cause.
