Eric Dane sex video latest…No sex :(

Following yesterday’s rather sad illustration of the depths to which some people will eagerly dive to achieve Z-list fame, more details are emerging on the Eric Dane ‘sex tape.’

Eric, 36, is  now at pains to point out he never had sex with his co-star, Kari Ann Peniche. But according to the former Miss Teen USA, they did have great fun.

Kari tells TMZ there was no sex involved, but there is some grown-up anatomy, and she and Eric’s wife, Rebecca Gayheart also share a jacuzzi. The only ‘porn’ involved is one scene where the threesome lounge on a bed naked and discuss their best choices for names as a porn star. [Eric's is 'Tristan,' his wife chooses 'Nina' and Peniche goes with 'Fifi.']

Kari Ann, 25, also says the tame ‘adult’ movie, which was stored on her hard drive, was then stolen by an ex-roommate after a row about rent. Worried that photos of her on the drive might get leaked to the press, Kari filed a theft report with the LAPD — and that’s when the fun really started.

Last month, the movie’s three stars and the roommate had a sit-down with their reps and hashed out who owned what. Eric got the rights to this tape and thought that was that…Then a bootleg got leaked and…well, you know the rest.

Now, bear in mind, this info is coming from a woman who lost her ‘Miss Teen USA’ crown after posing for Playboy, got kicked off “Celebrity Rehab” for punching a cameraman [and partied with drug dealers on the show's Sun Valley set,] and now allegedly serves as a small-count ‘madam’ in Hollywood clubs, under her latest porn-name, “Tristan Bailey.”
