Lily Allen breaks down on stage…again
In another example of her on-stage instability, Lily Allen broke down in tears during a performance last night. But the 24-year old singer soon told the audience the tears were caused by pain from a fall, and not — as most thought – by her singing.
Performing in Helsinki, Finland, Lily told fans her emotions were high following a fall the previous night, and the painkillers she was given to suppress the pain. ‘I feel a bit emotional tonight and if I cry it’s not because of you but because of me,’ she told the sparse crowd.
And the evidence was easily found — The UK’s Daily Mail reports that just before the performance, Lilly tweeted, ‘Fell over badly last night and really f***** my back up. Just had an injection. How am I gonna get through tonight’s gig?’ Despite this, Lily took to the stage, looking tanned and quite fit in a black-lace camisole and skin-tight jeans, but frequently stopped to dab her eyes with a towel.
And this isn’t the first fans have seen her upset; In 2007, Lilly caused concern when she blogged that she felt ‘fat and ugly’ while on tour in the States. She later revealed she had considered gastric bypass and liposuction to battle her weight…but failed to go through with the plans.

Lily Allen”s emotional instability? Another example?? Lily Allen has never been emotional on stage. Not even when her Grandmother passed away. She wasn’t given any painkillers. She received a shot of cortisone. This is not related to a painkiller at all. It’s used to bring down inflamed tissue. There’s no evidence on video tape that these comments are true. There no evidence that lily Allen appeared to be overly medicated. And… the blog post that she wrote (titled Fat, Ugly & Sh*ttier than Amy Winehouse.) was only used as her blog title to explain that a tabloid magazine called her that. Naturally several articles were written making it believable to some people that those her her words but there not. Nothing about this post is correct. Except that she did fall and she was in pain.
