Actress Sarah Chalke  who portrays Dr. Elliot Reid on medical dramedy Scrubs and her fiancé, Jamie Afifi, are expecting their first child, her rep confirms to PEOPLE. The couple, who got engaged in December 2006, are expecting the baby this winter.  Afifi, an entertainment lawyer, proposed to Chalke, 32, during a Hawaiian vacation. The couple met through mutual friends years before.
