Secret DNA test allegedly confirms that John Edwards is father of love child

When the news first broke of John Edwards’ alleged love child (by the National Enquirer) there were strong denials. Since then, Edwards has disclosed he had a long-term affair with his presidential campaign’s videographer, Rielle Hunter, during an interview one year ago on ABC’s Nightline. But the admissions have been with great hesitancy and the 56-year old Senator had strongly denied being the father of Rielle’s daughter.

Rielle Hunter demanded that John provide DNA samples so she can prove to the world her 18-month old daughter is actually his. According to the National Enquirer, Edwards secretly took the DNA test, and it proves he’s the father, so they say the disgraced presidential candidate is now busy hammering out child support payments. Hammering is the key word here, because according to the tabloid, Rielle has testified against Edwards before a federal grand jury that’s probing whether he broke campaign finance laws by secretly funneling money to her – and her testimony could ‘nail’ the former North Carolina senator into a jail cell!
