Michael Jackson's young son thinks his father's aliveWith everyone short of Homer Simpson claiming parental involvement with the young man’s creation, the mother of Michael Jackson’s son, Prince Michael II — known as ‘Blanket’ – has finally been shared with the world.

According to the UK’s Daily Mirror, after the birth of Michael’s second child, Paris, in 1998, Debbie Rowe was unable to carry a third, so Michael was obliged to choose a new mom. The result, so the story relates, was a Mexican nurse named Helena. An unknown second woman donated the egg, and Michael himself was the biological father.

Helena is described by friends as a ‘pretty latino nurse,’ and it was her striking appearance that led Michael to choose her to carry his child, “Michael wanted a designer baby. He had two wonderful children but wanted one more and was quite specific about the gene pool he wanted to use,” a close friend of the singer’s revealed.

Jackson met Helena near her home in San Diego before he made up his mind, and sources confirm he was very impressed.  “He chose her because she had a latino background and quite fair skin. She was very attractive, and was also a nurse, which he liked.” says the friend. “She’s around 5’4″ tall, slim, aged about 30, with long, dark hair. Michael said she was almost the girl-next-door type.”

Once selected, Helena was paid $20,000 to carry the child, and lavished with gifts that might ease her discomfort. Michael also provided a small team of staff to help her cope with the task, “She was a lovely person. No drama,” the friend still recalls. “She told Michael the money would help her family in Mexico. He called her a few times to make sure everything was okay, but he kept his distance – She didn’t have a chaperone or anything like that.”

Prince Michael Jackson II, was born on February 21, 2002 at the Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa, CA. On his birth certificate Michael himself is named as the father, but the name of the mother was never supplied. And the style of the birth surprised all the staff,  “There was an Attorney there. He took the baby away immediately after delivery.” says Dr Maria Castillo, who delivered the child. “I was later told by a nurse that the Mother had named him, ‘Prince Michael Jackson,’ but it never occurred to me it was Michael Jackson’s baby.”

The attorney is believed to have taken the child directly to Neverland. “Michael was thrilled.” says a friend. “He had nurses and a nanny there to make sure the baby was cared for.  But he didn’t mind changing some diapers himself.”

Eleven months later Blanket was introduced to the press and the world [and almost killed] when Michael dangled him over a hotel balcony.  Today, after fierce legal wrangles, the mop-headed 7-year old, together with his brother and sister, is now safe in the care of their doting grandma, Katherine — Just as his father had wanted.

What happens to them next has yet to be seen.
