Ashley Greene preps lawyers to subdue nude pics

In one piece of publicity the folks at Summit had probably not planned on, nude photos of Twilight star, Ashley Greene [who plays Alice Cullen] have suddenly surfaced online – and Ashley is just about fit to be tied.

The 22-year old now joins a long line of victims of sex tapes and nude shots, such as the unfortunate photos of Vanessa Hudgens that emerged in 2007, and not forgetting, of course, the ‘illegal’ tape on which Paris Hilton has  built her ‘career.’ But Ashley’s lawyers are not playing around, “The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed,” they said in a statement to People. “Our client intends to take legal action.”

Hopefully her new friend, Chace Crawford, has not seen them yet — The ‘Gossip Girl’ star gave Ashley a ride to LAX yesterday — and the two were caught smooching in the back of the car! And we’re talking eyes closed, hair is a mess, glasses-almost-fall-off-your-nose kind of smooching. They’ve been seen together before, but folks just thought they were friendly. Well, it seems they were friends…but now they’re busted.

You can expect to  hear a lot more about these two.

On Sunday, Ashley was able to take her mind off her sweltering romance just long enough to put in an appearance at the Teen Choice Awards, where she collected the ‘Fresh Face Female’ award. Her homies from Twilight were also in town, and walked away with no less than eleven awards. Now that’s a good night.
