Chris Brown and Rihanna play the Trump card

After Chris Brown copped a plea to the charge of assaulting ex-girlfriend, Rihanna he was slapped with a restraining order that means he must stay well away or risk going to jail.

…So why did the two spend the weekend together?

On Friday, both Chris and his ex checked into the 52-story Trump International Hotel near Central Park. They arrived independently and booked different rooms, then spent the whole weekend avoiding the press. Neither had a public appearance or other work that required them to be in New York [although Rihanna is thought be scouting the town for a home.] So why were they there? And at the same place?

The pair were not actually seen sharing time, and even used decoy vehicles to confuse paparazzi when one of them left to do various things. On Friday, Rihanna, 21, left to have dinner with friends at the ‘Tony Philippe’ restaurant on East 60th Street, while Chris was spied with his buds at the movies. Last night, he briefly left the hotel to visit a friend on Amsterdam Avenue, and when he returned he checked out of the place. Rihanna then left a few minutes later, at about 10pm.

These two should look up ‘discreet’ in a book??

It’s all a big mystery. And that’s what they want — Chris is due to be sentenced on August 5th. If he’s seen within 50-yards of Rihanna before then — even with her consent – his plea-bargain is toast and he’d lose all the perks.
