Jon Gosselin’s date has criminal past

Disturbing news is emerging that Jon Gosselin’s much-publicized split with his current wife, Kate, may only be leaving him free to move from a bad situation into one that’s much worse.

22-year old Hailey Glassman, with whom Jon was seen holding hands in St. Tropez last weekend, was arrested in 2005 for possession of pot.

Then enrolled at the Bloomington campus of Indiana University, Hailey and some fellow students were hanging out in a parking lot at 3am on October 2nd, 2005, ‘passing a pipe back and forth, which is behavior conducive with the use of marijuana,’ according to Jerry Minger, an officer with the Indiana PD.

Each of the group was then patted down by the officers, and all were arrested on various charges. Glassman got to wear the judicial jewelry on a charge of ‘possession’ after three grams of narcotics were found in her purse.

Luckily for her, the case was resolved before it reached court. According to Minger, Jon’s new lady-friend paid some fines and her court costs and swapped a trip to the big house for a spell of probation.
