Anna Kournikova gets in cat fight at bar

Former tennis ace Anna Kournikova was involved in a cat fight last Saturday night, and she came out on top with a well-earned grand slam.
The 28-year old Russian lawn-tennis diva was attending a party at the Lavo restaurant on Las Vegas Boulevard when an unknown woman threw a drink at the star, “She felt Anna was invading her space.’ says a source. Calling on the fitness that won her Grand Slam titles in ‘99 and ‘02, the far younger and stronger Ms. Kournikova began screaming and pushing her un-named assailant, and the two women were soon in an all-out cat fight.
When the two ladies had settled their score the mystery mugger was ejected by Lavo’s security staff, but not before leaving Anna with some truly vicious scratch marks on her neck. Calls to Anna’s reps were not immediately answered, but we’ll keep you informed in case there’s ‘Round Two.’
