OJ confessed, claims unsold new book

Published on June 19, 2009 at 6:12 PM

With O.J. Simpson now safely confined after two legal fights, it was a matter of time before the books would appear…

First off the blocks is a brazen, and probably ghost-written tome, authored by O.J’s last acquaintance before entering jail, Christine Prody.

In the still un-signed book the blond former waitress recounts lurid tales of 13-years with the star, featuring drug use, abortions, cruelty, jealousy and uncontrolled rage.

And that’s just the fun stuff!

Ms. Prody claims OJ allowed her no form of emotional or financial support, and even scared away all her friends. And when she learned she was pregnant, he allegedly arranged an abortion, then drove her to the clinic and left her alone – while he disappeared and indulged in some golf!

And the list of their frolics just goes on from there…

The unsigned book also tells of constant confrontations, unending hostility and OJ comparing her body to his late-wife, Nicole’s. [Nicole was murdered, with her friend Ronald Goldman in June '94. No-one's been charged, but some folks think they've guessed.]

As with most stories, this has two sides: In October 1999, OJ called the Police after Ms Prody, 33, spent two days snorting cocaine. No charges were filed, but he got her some rehab. On her release, Police were summoned to the Wyndham hotel in Miami, where the author was kicking, punching and screaming at her friend. But again, no charges were filed.

The connection flamed-out after four stressful years, and Ms. Prody sold her tale to the National Enquirer – Even claiming that OJ had confessed that he killed his wife.

…Six months later, they got back together.

Now 61, OJ is serving up to 33-years for his role in an armed robbery in Vegas, but Ms. Prody claims the threats have not stopped. She says the ex-footballer still calls her brother and swears that one day, he’ll win her back.

This sad, sordid story, “Spellbound: My Life With O.J. Simpson.” is now in draft form and awaiting a publisher.
