Death scene photo of David Carridine seems to rule out suicide
David Carridine’s family seems to be quite right proclaiming that something is very off about his death, and it was not a suicide and might not even be an accident. A Bangkok tabloid published a photo they some how got a hold of, of David Carradine’s hanging dead body. The rather as you can imagine disturbing photo definitely shows the actor’s hands tied above his head, a detail that was left out of early reports. That is a major piece of evidence to not mention. While this doesn’t rule out accidental autoerotic asphyxiation, this almost surely means that there was someone else in his room that tied David up. Whether this was just an erotic sex game gone wrong or foul play is hard to say but it appears the Thai police did some shoddy investigative work and should have been pursuing who went into his room and left the scene of David Carridine’s death.
Hopefully his family’s pleas to get the FBI involved are heeded. Beyond getting to the truth and knowing David didn’t take his own life it has implications as to whether his family can collect on life insurance, as most policies are void if the cause of death is suicide.
Update: I am told that the task to tie one’s own hands, by loosely tying the hands in front then raising them up to tighten is quite doable and doesn’t prove there was a third party.
