Courtney Love victim of identity theft (again) – bad plastic surgery (still)
Courtney Love isn’t guilty of recent credit-card fraud, but a victim of identity theft, according to her private investigator. The rocker has been recently sued by American Express for defaulting on a $350,000 balance, but PI John J. Nazarian tells Page Six that Love is guilty only of trusting the wrong people. “She’s not a person without means,” he says. “We’re ready to go to the LAPD because someone gained access to her Social Security number and applied for cards in her name. It’s astounding AmEx didn’t question the charges beforehand.” As they say this is Deja Vu all over again as last year in March, Courtney claimed identity thieves used her late husband Kurt Cobain’s social security number to buy a $3.2 million property. Those same identity thieves managed to open 188 credit cards in Love’s name, and have embezzled as much as $69 million from the couple and the trust fund of their daughter, Frances Bean.
And not long ago Courtney also accused singer Ryan Adams of failing to pay back money he borrowed to fund his 2003 album Rock N Roll. Love posted a bizarre rant (does she do any other kind?) on her MySpace.com page saying Adams had taken $858,000 from her daughter Frances Bean’s trust fund to pay for his LP release. This is metaphorically speaking as apparently Adams also used an American Express card(s) of hers to ring up the expenses.  So would everyone please stop stealing from poor Courtney, and for gosh sake perhaps American Express, you might want to find someone else to do business with?
