Rihanna will be attending Chris Brown hearing in June

Rihanna’s attorney Donald Etra says prosecutors have told him Rihanna will receive a subpoena to testify at a preliminary hearing June 22. The hearing is to see if there is enough evidence to continue the case against Chris Brown, and Etra said Rihanna will appear as a possible witness in the February assault case against her ex boyfriend whose lawyer will then have the opportunity to cross-examine.  It would mark her first appearance in court since felony assault and criminal threats charges were filed against Brown in March.
