Lindsay Lohan’s dad arrested for threats

You could be forgiven for thinking he’s trying to be in the tabloids more than his daughter, but Lindsay’s dad, Michael Lohan, is in legal trouble for the third time this year.

Already $12,000 in arrears with his child support, and only just free of the parole restrictions slapped on his butt for his last dumb idea, Daddy L has now been arrested for calling his part-time girlfriend, Erin Muller, and threatening to kill her and himself if she had to good sense to dump him.

The man is so keen to fess up and handle the fallout, when he walked into court yesterday to answer the charges and an NY Post reporter wanted to talk, his Lawyer immediately ran interference while Daddy L and his lady ran and hid in the car.

Parole for his last legal snafu expired on February 7, and he’s due in court today to explain where the child support went. This little game could get Lindsay’s daddy, 48, a year in the hoosegow. It just boggles the mind what the man could do next…
