Mike Tyson’s four-year-old daughter on life support
Mike Tyson’s four-year-old daughter was on life support in extremely critical condition Monday after an accident in her Phoenix home, police said. The boxer’s four-year-old daughter Exodus, was playing on a treadmill and became entangled in a cord located under the machine’s console in a tragic accident, according to an AP report.
Her seven-year-old brother found her hanging from a cord attached to a treadmill around 10:30 Monday morning. The boy ran to tell his mother, who had been cleaning in another room, police said.
The girl’s mother removed the cord from her neck and called 911. Officers arrived at their suburban Phoenix home and found her mother performing CPR.
Exodus was rushed to St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix. The near-fatal strangulation appears to be a “tragic accident,” police say.
Tyson flew back to Phoenix from Las Vegas immediately upon hearing the news. Our prayers go out to the Tyson family and little Exodus.
