Wanda Sykes’ Wife Delivers Twins!

Congratulations to Wanda Sykes and her wife, Alex, who welcomed twins on April 27, her rep has just revealed to People Magazine.

Alex delivered a daughter and son.  Olivia Lou weighed in at 6 lbs., 7 oz., and was 19-inches long, while son Lucas Claude debuted at 7 lbs., 9 oz., and was 20-inches long.

The actress, who stars on New Adventures of Old Christine, and her wife were married on Oct. 25, 2008. Sykes was recently in the headlines after she gave a controversial standup routine at the annual White House Correspondents’ Association gala dinner at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington on May 9, 2009.
