Carrie Prejean’s Topless Photos Likely Taken After She was of Legal Age

Miss California (not for long), Carrie Prejean’s topless photos were taken well after she was 18-years-old according to a new report. TMZ says it received an email from a former pageant sponsor of Prejean’s, claiming he received one topless photo from Prejean after January 6, 2009. If true, it contradicts her claim that the topless photos were taken when she was a naive 17-year-old, likely then a ruse to prevent media outlets from publishing underage photos.The pageant sponsor who asked not to be identified, claims Prejean sent a photo to him asking, “if she was in good enough shape for the Miss USA Pageant.”

January 6, 2009 was the day Prejean underwent her breast implant surgery. The photo sent to the former pageant sponsor is thought to be after she had her breast enhancement surgery.

Several topless photos recently surfaced of Prejean, which she denied existed to pageant officials, before competing in the Miss California and Miss U.S.A pageants.

Miss California pageant officials have scheduled a press conference on Monday, when they plan to announce whether Carrie Prejean can retain her crown.
