Keifer Sutherland goes Jack Bauer On Fashion Designer?

Keifer Sutherland reportedly got all Jack Bauer on someone after allegedly head-butting a fashion designer during a Met Costume Gala after party.
The 24 star ended up confronting Jack McCollough, a fashion designer for the label Proenza Schouler, after the man allegedly pushed into Brooke Shields, knocking her over and then just walking away. Sutherland wanted an apology, but McCollough refused to give it, TMZ reported, and it led to a shouting match.

That’s when the designer pushed Sutherland, and the actor head-butted McCollough in the face. Allegedly.

The man is said to havea broken nose, but otherwise is fine. Police were called, but no arrests were made, and no official statement on the incident has been released.  StrangelyBrooke Shields, via a rep, is denying she had anything to do with Kiefer Sutherland headbutting incident. Some reports say Kiefer seemed intoxicated, which could be a real problem as he is still on probation from a previous DUI so this could be very bad for his legal situation.
