Victoria Principal pointed gun at ex-maid, lawsuit alleges

If a man’s best friend is his dog, a dog walker’s worst enemy might just be Victoria Principal…

A complaint filed on Friday in LA’s Superior Court, says the 59-year old actress, still best known as Pam Ewing, fired her maid without warning because the employee was out with Vicky’s dog for too long. Maribel Banegas claims when she returned from the walk she was canned on the spot. And when she asked Vicky for her wages to date, the star left the room for a minute and came back with a gun!

The suit goes on to claim Vicky pointed the gun at the Maid and demanded she leave, ordering another employee to move so she could get a clear shot. In fear for her life, Banegas locked herself in a room, with Vicky armed and still threatening her outside the door. The maid then frantically dialed 911, and was only able to leave the Malibu mansion when the cops responded and arrived at the scene.

This curious case gets even more strange when you remember that Vicky’s a spokeswoman for an LA non-profit devoted to stopping all violence against women.

According to a report from E-Online, Ms. Banegas suit alleges malice and oppression, and demands that the court grant her all her lost wages, plus exemplary damages from Vicky’s estate to resolve her ‘emotional distress.’ No date has yet been set for a trial, but we’ll keep you advised if new details arrive.
